Ingredients

  • 500g mascarpone

  • 1 vanilla bean, cut in half lengthways, seeds scraped

  • pinch cinnamon

  • pinch ginger powder

  • 100ml espresso coffee

Method

  1. Mix mascarpone, vanilla seeds, cinnamon and ginger.

    Make a well in the middle of the mascarpone and carefully fill with espresso.

    Dollop on top of this choc-orange bread-and-butter pudding.
