It doesn't try to cash in on its green credentials, but with a menu featuring native animals such as kangaroo, emu and Tasmania possum that have a far lower ecological footprint than introduced species along with native fruits, spices and berries, it manages to serve up real local fare with lower food miles. Some of it even comes from the garden out the back.
