Ingredients

  • 400g creme fraiche

  • 1tbsp coconut sugar

  • 2 tsp chai powder

  • 1 orange, zest and juice

Method

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, add the creme fraiche, sugar, chai powder, orange zest and half the juice, and mix well.

    You can play around with the spices, adding a little extra cinnamon or nutmeg. Serve generous dollops on top of banana bread.
