India is a big country, so it's going to take a vast menu to cover it. Hyderabad's epic list (200-plus dishes) has India's varied cuisines covered - all in one rather plain dining room. You'll find the earthy tandoor and korma dishes of the north, such as navratan korma (mixed veg in creamy cashew sauce), the Indo-Chinese influences of the east (Sichuan noodles), and seafood, attributed to the west. But its speciality is the south, with dishes such as dosa (trumpet-rolled crepes with dhal) and signature biryani, which also comes bucket-sized, serving five. It's all well priced and well prepared, whichever direction you go.
