Drop by for a Dux Dragon cocktail – a dragon fruit flip – and share lamb shoulder croquettes or corn ribs swiped through pimento butter. Settling in? Grilled king prawns with radish and fermented chilli show the kitchen’s creativity and aptitude for cooking over fire, while a crisp-skinned half-chicken with zhoug, chickpeas and tahini yoghurt comes out juicy and perfectly spiced.
