Companies that manage to create strong workplace cultures are rewarded by having more productive employees who stick around for a long time.

Which immediately begs the question: how do you go about becoming a desirable place to work? Arguably this is becoming more difficult to achieve given rising employee expectations about what their employers will do for them.
