Tell me about your day. What’s the first thing you do in the morning?

The first thing I do when I wake up is open my blinds. I sleep in pitch-black darkness. I’m quite a night owl, so I need to switch off and block out all the light. So its blinds up for me, get dressed, and I’m off to Pilates.
