Bar Copains has a new friend. Chef-owners Morgan McGlone and Nathan Sasi, along with Sasi’s partner Sali, have launched another venue together—this time, a Mediterranean restaurant and bar just 130 metres up the road.

The trio have lured top chef Remy Davis from the Michelin-starred diner Elkano in San Sebastián to head up the open kitchen, which has been kitted out with a wood-fired oven and custom parrilla grills. Fire is a central element on the menu, featured in dishes like charred txistorra-style chorizo and split, grilled prawns drizzled with smoky paprika oil.

Finish your night at adjoining bar Alma’s for classic cocktails and more winning snacks.
