Specialty roaster Rosso’s experiential North Melbourne location has a make-your-own-coffee bar, where professional baristas show you how it’s done. Or, of course, you can leave it to them, as at Rosso’s not-quite-as-educational CBD locations.

Good to know: The food menu is top stuff too, featuring brunch classics given a little twist.
