Kosta and Pam Talimanidis closed their celebrated Lorne taverna, Kosta's, back in 2003 to open the equally celebrated A La Grecque at Aireys Inlet. Now with their sons, Alex and Dominic, they have reopened the old Kosta's as Ipsos (Greek for "height"), serving a modern spin on Greek tavern cooking. That means dips, salads, grilled fish, steamed mussels, pork souvlaki, lamb keftedes, Mythos beer and good wine in a relaxed, streetwise setting.
