Peter Wilson assembled 100 of his top staff at the W Melbourne hotel a fortnight ago to hear from Ben Crowe, a mentor and leadership coach to former sport stars such as Richmond Football Club legend Dustin Martin and tennis champion Ash Barty.
It has been a tradition of the Reece chief executive for a number of years to invite speakers like Crowe into the inner sanctum to help motivate his team.
