Professionals are on edge about going back to the office as Victoria's second coronavirus wave batters confidence about a safe return to the workplace.

Nearly a quarter of professionals want to keep working from home until they feel safer and one in four felt obligated to return to the office but only wanted to be there a few days a week, according to LinkedIn's latest workforce confidence index.
