How this elite child gymnast leapt to the top of Sportsbet

Becoming an executive is almost a second act for Sportsbet’s general manager of product, Christina Ruiz. An elite gymnast from age six to 13, a champion swimmer during high school who trained 12 times a week, and a professional lifesaver for 3½ years during university, Ruiz has been a high achiever most of her life. She can now add 2025 BOSS Young Executive to her growing list of accolades.

In its 22nd year, the BOSS Young Executives program recognises emerging leaders aged 35 or younger who demonstrate leadership in the community and business, and who have a strong track record in people and thought leadership.
