The BOSS Young Executives program, now in its 22nd year, recognises emerging leaders aged 35 or younger who demonstrate leadership in the community and business.

Emotional intelligence, adaptability and an awareness of geopolitics are three key traits displayed by the BOSS Young Executives for this year.

“The standout quality the leaders demonstrated this year was how they relate to people, whether that be people in their team, outside their team, or their customers,” says Sehr Javed, a senior consultant at specialist leadership firm and BOSS Young Executives judging partner DDI.
