Burnout is booming at the home office

Bosses have been warned they would be naive to think weary workers aren't teetering on the brink of burnout as the coronavirus pandemic takes a heavy toll on their mental health.
Conversations about wellbeing in the workplace have shifted from the office and social distancing to health, work-life balance and mental health in a matter of a month, according to research from employee engagement platform Peakon.
