Workplace experts say employee wellbeing and mental health will be one of the biggest issues facing leaders in the post-pandemic world, and employers who haven't responded well during the COVID-19 crisis are in for a bumpy ride.
A survey of more than 34,000 workers in Australia and New Zealand found employees have become increasingly concerned about job security, mental health and wellbeing during COVID-19.
