As investor lending increases, two recent cases highlight how higher rates and costs of living can push property buyers over the edge.
One involved a family that had to sell three of their four investment properties after coming off a low fixed rate; the other an SMSF that was forced to close having borrowed to buy two investment properties without sufficient cash flow for loan repayments.
