Albanese moves to oust Setka from ALP

Opposition leader Anthony Albanese will move to expel controversial union boss John Setka from the Labor party following reports of his comments "denigrating" domestic violence campaigner Rosie Batty.

Mr Albanese said on Tuesday he had asked the party to suspend the Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union Victoria branch leader's membership immediately for "bringing the party into disrepute".
