Customer satisfaction with the big four banks fell for the fifth consecutive month in June, down 0.20 of a percentage point to 76 per cent. Roy Morgan research director Norman Morris said: “Although each of the big four has shown some decline since January, it has been the ANZ that clearly has had the biggest fall over this period, going down by 5.4 percentage points, due mainly to a 10.1 percentage point drop in the satisfaction level of their home loan customers.”
