Lamezleighs Coffee House & Eatery
A little industrial, a little mid-century, a lot of easy-going charm.

Trees sway and vines twist around quaint shopfronts in this postcard-perfect country town. Lamezleighs bottles that blissful energy with a cottage garden out front anchored by a heritage camellia bush, and a dog-friendly back lawn dotted with picnic tables and blankets.
In between, there’s the roomy, sun-drenched dining space, where diners tackle teetering breakfast burgers and hearty Reubens. A one-page menu features built-for-brunch dishes such as chilli scrambled eggs on sourdough from nearby Trulli bakers, and corn and zucchini fritters on whipped feta.
Road-trippers will be relieved to find excellent St Ali coffee and a cabinet crammed with toasties and homemade treats, including fudgy coffee-walnut cake. But the lush pot plants, velvet chairs and plump cushions might tempt some drivers to let their itinerary disappear in the rearview mirror.
