At lunchtime, sun streams through wraparound windows, linen-clad staff greet guests with a smile, and you settle in for a modern, seafood-driven menu. There is tender octopus, charred on the hibachi grill and singing with smoky-sweet grapes; potato rolls brimming with creamy, briny spanner crab and spoonfuls of salmon roe; and snapper with crisp, golden skin and the twang of yuzu kosho sauce.
