Pok Pok
Thai
This warehouse kitchen pumps out stylish, genuinely fiery Thai dishes, to the delight of starving Docklands worker bees. The menu is split into categories such as 'something light' (zingy salads), 'something small' (lush rice-paper rolls and dumplings) and 'to warm the belly', which runs the gamut of curries and stir-fries. Drunken noodles are a flavour bomb of tender beef, green peppercorns and shimeji mushrooms, while krapow gai kai dow (basil chicken topped with a fried egg) makes a satisfying lunch. Sensory Lab coffee and bargain takeaway fare make Pok Pok one of the brightest spots in the Docks.
