Dunes Kiosk

Modern Australian

You couldn't really get any closer to the beach if you tried. Dunes Kiosk is aptly named, being both in the dunes and not much more than a takeaway shack. That said, this is Palm Beach, where everything is done in style, so expect pretty blue and white striped European basket chairs, oversized umbrellas and Campos coffee. It's brilliant for families, and the laid-back terrace atmosphere allows you to waddle on up in your sandy Speedos, order some beer-battered flathead fillets and a milkshake, then plonk yourself down on the neighbouring lawn with your pram and pooch. There are hot pies, salads, wraps, focaccias and beers. Not a bad package.
