After 13 years of cooking and preparing Japanese food, chef Moe Oo took the plunge and opened his own 26-seat bento box of a space. His cooking is rooted in Japanese tradition, with a WA twist, served only as a seven-course omakase (chef's choice) selection. That may include stonkingly fresh, precisely sliced sashimi, beef tataki, pork gyoza, an inside-out sushi roll of tempura prawn and seared belly salmon, and braised duck.
