NAB in back-to-office push as staff share broken heart emojis

National Australia Bank staff will need to be in the office three days a week and team managers four days a week under a mandate to start later this year.

A message sent to the bank’s almost 39,000 staff late last week by senior executive Sarah White says current “ways of working are evolving” and NAB was building towards an “office-based working model”.
