David Marin-Guzman

Former Health Services Union national secretary Kathy Jackson has avoided jail for defrauding her union of more than $100,000 to pay for overseas holidays, artworks, entertainment, furniture and a flash car.

The Victoria County Court sentenced Ms Jackson to two years behind bars for the fraud offences but suspended the jail term for two and half years after she pleaded guilty to some of the charges.
