When Edward Zaki and his wife, Marianne, went on the hunt for childcare for their eldest child 15 years ago, they were seriously underwhelmed by the services on offer.
“We couldn’t find what we were looking for in terms of education and care. When he was four, we looked again, and were shocked at how poor childcare centres were. So, we thought, the market definitely needs something that has more of an educational focus – an approach that is more than just child monitoring,” Zaki says.
