Many law firms are diversifying their recruitment amid strong competition both inside the industry and outside of it, thanks to the increasing number of companies recruiting law graduates to in-house legal programs or other programs altogether.
“It’s a broad market,” says Sheridan Lees, general manager at Sydney’s Addisons. “We’re seeing applicants who have pursued the traditional route of high school to university and then a grad program. But we’re also seeing people from diverse backgrounds.
