More room for robots in the post-pandemic workplace

COVID-19 has been blamed for accelerating many trends and the rise of bots and artificial intelligence in the workplace could be next on the list.
Experts warn employers may increasingly turn to AI and robotic technologies to meet staff needs in the post-pandemic workplace, from health and safety in the office through to helping maintain productivity and employee engagement as more staff work from home permanently.
