Tech giant Atlassian has experienced a surge in the number of younger workers on its payroll as part of a wider graduate employment boom linked to continuing skills shortages and Baby Boomers exiting the workforce.
People in their 20s accounted for more than a quarter (26.3 per cent) of Atlassian’s global workforce at the end of last financial year, up from 16.6 per cent two years ago, the company’s latest sustainability report shows.
