A bitterly divided family is fighting over a tech tycoon’s assets – including the proceeds of the sale of a Toorak mansion and two Ferraris – nearly 20 years after his death.

More than $1 million has been spent in legal fees by Marguerite “Maggie” Nanut, the wife of deceased engineer and inventor Radovan Basil Nanut, and her children in a row over the appointment of her youngest daughter, Lizzie, as an executor of his will.
