The two trends making Gen Z tech grads less ‘job ready’

An acceleration in the pace of technological change and the switch to online learning during the pandemic have left today’s technology graduates less prepared for the workforce than previous cohorts.
That is the view of leading tech employers, who say it now takes up to 12 months to train a graduate to be productive.
