Start-up that let Woolies analyse staff with AI raises funds

Sydney-based AI start-up Reejig has raised $6 million to expand its workforce intelligence platform into the United States, after the COVID-era skills shortages highlighted the need for large companies to better retrain, upskill and redeploy their people or risk losing them.

Woolworths, KPMG and John Holland have all used the software to map employee skills and aspirations to the job market, discovering pockets of underutilised people and matching their career goals with the organisations’ needs.
