Less than a month after Booktopia collapsed, the ASX-listed retailer once valued at more than $400 million has a new owner.

DigiDirect, a privately held electronics retailer, has won a McGrathNicol-led sale process which had drawn interest from Brisbane-based, private equity-backed QBD Books and ASX-listed online marketplace Kogan.com.
