Things are getting interesting at Booktopia, the ASX-listed online bookstore that collapsed into voluntary administration on Wednesday after a failed funding effort.

Street Talk understands ASX-listed online retailer Kogan.com and Brisbane-based QBD Books, which was once owned by a syndicate of high-profile private equity players, are among parties that have registered their interest with administrators McGrathNicol.
