Billionaire Geminder mulls asset sales at struggling Pro-Pac business

Pro-Pac Packaging is considering asset sales as it struggles with soaring energy costs and pays higher interest rates to service its growing debt pile.

The ASX-listed company is backed by billionaire businessman Raphael Geminder and makes everything from packaging for potato chips to plastic trays for food producers and medical companies. Its share price has slumped from almost $300 million in late 2021 to just $2.5 million.
