Human resources software company Elmo Software is confidentially taking a handful of potential suitors through due diligence, including technology-focused American private equity firm Accel-KKR.
It is understood Elmo Software, having received approaches, has opted to engage with the interested parties, to see whether any are capable or turning their interest into a binding bid for the company.
