Mercantile sells Copper Strike stake
SARAH THOMPSON AND ANTHONY MACDONALDMercantile Investment Company , the listed fund taken over by Ron Brierley in January, has sold its 21.2 per cent stake in junior base metals explorer Copper Strike.
The 22.6 million shares were sold in one line at 8¢ each on Monday. The trade was worth $1.7 million and was handled by Shaw Stockbroking.
