Activist investors appear to have claimed another scalp with Australian fund manager Sandon Capital winning material concessions from Fleetwood after a 12-month campaign.
Sandon and the Sir Ron Brierley-chaired Mercantile Investment Company have teamed up to put an updated constitution that would pave the way for better capital management to a shareholder vote.
