Blue-chip investor says value emerging from 'challenging times'
Djerriwarrh Investments has warned of "very challenging" times for Australian stocks over the short term as profit and dividends come under pressure, but says the sell-off is producing attractively priced companies for investors with a long-term view.
The listed investment company expects earnings and dividends of Australia's big four banks to be hit, though their balance sheets are viewed as better positioned than before the global financial crisis.
