How did you get into cryotherapy?
I was in Los Angeles on a CEO leaders’ retreat, and we spent a day biohacking at the Upgrade Labs fitness spa in Beverly Hills. We tried all sorts of different things, including an infrared sauna and cryotherapy, and I have kept doing them ever since (about four years now).
