Grilled skirt steak for tacos

Use a prime cut of beef to make an easy and delicious filling for tacos.

Ingredients
400g skirt steak or any prime beef cut
sea salt
extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp cumin seeds, roasted and lightly crushed
1 lime, quartered
Method
Sprinkle the beef with salt, oil and cumin. Sear the steak for about 3 minutes each side in a hot pan, then set it aside to rest for 5 minutes (cook it longer if you like it well done).
Cut the beef into strips and serve with the lime quarters on the side.
