Cheryl and Naser Daci, of Murray Street's Daci & Daci Bakers, have opened a buzzy, busy tapas bar tucked into the lower level of the heritage-listed City Flour Mills. It's hard to resist small-plate offerings such as vodka-cured Tasmanian salmon and braised Pirates Bay octopus. More substantial dishes range from grilled butterflied sardines with chilli and oregano to Cape Grim beef cheeks braised with red wine and Pedro Ximenez.
