One-bowl chai chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients
½ cup butter (melted)
⅔ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup caster sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp chai masala
1⅓ cups plain flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips
Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingedients together in a bowl. Let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Peheat oven to 175C fan-forced (195C conventional).
Step 3
Shape into cookies and bake until crisp and golden, about 8 minutes.
