A couple have been banned from seeing each other after they were granted bail for allegedly assaulting the other on a train.Magot Machol (man), 33, and Abuk Nagle (woman), 28, applied for release at Sutherland Local Court on Thursday following their arrest.The court heard Machol and Nagle were on a train near Wolli Creek on Wednesday about 10.30am with other passengers on-board.Police allege Nagle pushed Machol in the chest, and swung at him before she moved away; before Machol got up from his seat, stood over Nagle and put his hands around her neck.The court heard other passengersâ witnessed the alleged interaction, captured footage, and contacted police.Â Picture: Ashleigh Tullis
