Sydney's most eligible bachelorettes

Money, power, a huge Instagram following – these are some of the drawcards that may get you noticed as an eligible bachelorette on the Sydney celebrity dating scene.

Here, Confidential takes a look at Sydney’s most impressive, and available women, many of whom you may not find looking for love on dating apps or at the local pub.

The prerequisite to make the list of course was to be single or at least ambiguously on the market as in not ‘Insta official’.

“I think it is difficult for me because I have been so focused on building my business and working so I don’t have a lot of time outside of that,” wellness guru Bernadette Fahey said when contacted about dating in Sydney.

“If looking to date someone, the qualities I look for are someone who is ambitious, driven and has a hard work ethic.”

Nutritionist and successful author Sarah Di Lorenzo is happily single at 50, although wouldn’t mind finding the right guy to spend time with.

“I am a workaholic so I haven’t done much dating but I hear it is an interesting world out there,” she said. “The truth is I haven’t dated but it is definitely an interesting space.”

Laura Dundovic believes honesty and authenticity are key to any dating scenario.

“Integrity is such an important trait for me,” she said. “If they are kind and motivated too, then you’ve found my man. Dating in Sydney is fun. There are plenty of cute date spots and fun things to do. I will say though, Sydney is small and everyone knows everyone.”

Emily Weir

Home And Away hottie Emily Weir foxtrotted herself to the grand final on the latest season of Dancing With The Stars, falling just short of a win against Human Nature’s Phil Burton. The popular actor has kept her private life low-key but is understood to be single, and therefore Confidential is sending Weir to the top of our Bachelorette list.

Laura Dundovic

Model and influencer Laura Dundovic is a former Miss Universe Australia who translated that success to a career in the media. Having appeared on various television shows, including I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here! and hosted her own dating show, Dating In The Dark, love has so far eluded the brunette beauty who has previously dated Quade Cooper, James Kerley and Thomas Burgess.

With four books released and more on the way, Di Lorenzo has not had a lot of time for dating. “A sense of humour is a must,” she said when asked what she’s looking for in a guy. “Just a good person and someone who is already happy and fulfilled in their own life. A few calls by Confidential suggest Vander Leahy might be in a relationship but until said beau makes the Insta grid, we are firmly putting her on this list.
