The red ute repeatedly overtook cars on the wrong side of the road on Gympie streets and sped through residential estates, but the 34-year-old woman driving it could not outrun the long arm of the law.
Queensland Ambulance Service crews were called to the scene of the crash on a private property at Kandanga at 3.25pm.
The Queensland Fire and Emergency Service issued the warning at 3:30pm on Saturday.
