Cuts already confirmed by government
Department shakeup:
Several senior planning officers left the Department of State Development, Infrastructure and Planning as part of a restructure. Deputy Premier Jeff Seeney's office on July 3 confirmed the number of people employed in the department's Senior Executive Service had reduced but would not say by how much.
Gladstone board, $700,000 a year:
Deputy Premier Jeff Seeney announced on June 26 he would axe the Gladstone Economic and Industry Development Board to save $700,000 per annum.
