Working from home was more fruitful before the pandemic

Working from home was more likely to have boosted productivity before the pandemic than during it, a review of 37 academic articles has found.

Published in the science journal PLOS ONE, the research reviewed the conclusions of 24 academic articles on the effects of remote working that were published before the pandemic, and those of 13 academic articles on the same topic that were published during it.
