Financial services firm Wilsons Advisory has announced a new associate adviser program to address skills shortages and better serve a changing client base by attracting more women and younger Australians into an ageing and shrinking workforce.
The program, which is open to professionals from other sectors besides finance, pairs associate advisers with mentors and senior advisers who provide structured on-the-job coaching and support.
